When country economy is weak, poor attention is paid to the problems of invalids. Under the row of objective and subjective circumstances the state is not able to care of invalids at proper level. Due to the lack of necessary means to make life of this vulnerable part of population easy, invalids often do not get even essential for normal existence.

One of the fund's aims is rendering material, humanitarian and other kinds of charitable assistance, solving problems of poorer parts of Kyrgyzstan's population. Within the framework of this aim a project on rendering assistance to invalids "Creation of rehabilitation resource center for invalids in Bishkek" is proposed to render purposeful help to concrete groups of invalids.
